Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, We do serve alcoholic beverages, and a photo ID is required to verify the age of the attendees. A wristband will be issued to you once your photo ID is checked. Those guests not of age or who do not wish to consume alcohol will receive a non-alcoholic wristband.  All guests must wear a wristband, and bands are checked while purchasing alcoholic beverages.

What are my parking options at the event?
We have arranged with Sutter Middle School to have parking available at the school grounds at the corner of J Street and Alhambra Blvd.  A $5 fee will be charged to park at the school; all proceeds directly benefit the school kids.  Street parking is only available for 1 hour; longer stays require a permit that is only issued to residences.  Street parking is strictly enforced, and tickets will be issued to those not following the parking restrictions.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please present your ticket at our VIP Admission.

What is the refund policy?
Your ticket purchase can be canceled via Eventbrite until the day before your ticket Admission date.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, We understand that one guest may purchase a group or block of tickets with their name on each ticket. We request that each guest have an individual ticket for Admission.

What is the value of a Food/Drink Ticket?
Each online Food/Drink purchase is for a group of 20 tickets valued at $2 for each ticket. For example, 1 16oz beer is 3 tickets, a Hamhock Dinner is 5 tickets, and 1 soft drink is 1 ticket. Food and Drink tickets are for purchasing beverages and drinks after you are admitted to the Oktoberfest. Your tickets will be at the TICKET WILL CALL inside Turner Hall. These tickets can be used at any location at Oktoberfest to purchase beer, wine, soft drinks, or any other beverages we offer. Tickets can be used for any food like Sausage, Hamhock, Chicken dinners: Kaffehaus, Biergarten, or any other food items at the Oktoberfest. Food/Drink tickets are required to purchase food or drink at the Oktoberfest. Additional Food/Drink tickets may be purchased during the Fest.

Yes, we do. You can contact us at (916)442-7360 or by email stv@sacramentoturnverein.com. Have a detailed description of the item lost so we can make sure we get the item back to the rightful owner.
