Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

All ages are welcome. However, because we serve alcoholic beverages, a valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify age. Attendees 21 and older will receive a drinking wristband. Guests under 21 or those who choose not to consume alcohol will receive a non-alcoholic wristband. All guests must wear a wristband, and staff will verify wristbands prior to any alcohol purchase.

What are my parking options at the event?

We have arranged dedicated event parking at the Miwok Middle School athletic field off J Street (corner of J St and Alhambra Blvd).

Neighborhood street parking directly surrounding the Turn Verein is subject to a strict 1-hour time limit, and city parking officers actively enforce and ticket during festival hours. We strongly recommend parking at Miwok Middle School.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may present a printed ticket or display the digital ticket with its QR code on your mobile device at our VIP Admission entrance.

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your ticket purchase directly through Eventbrite up until the day before your ticket’s scheduled admission date.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes. We recognize that one party member often purchases a block of tickets under a single name. As long as each entering attendee has an individual, scannable ticket, entry will be granted.

What is the value of a Food/Drink Ticket?

Online Food & Drink ticket bundles are sold in groups of 20 tickets valued at $2 per ticket.

Pre-purchased ticket packets will be held for pickup at Will Call inside Turner Hall. Food/Drink tickets are required to purchase all food, beer, wine, coffee, and soft drinks throughout the festival grounds. Additional tickets can also be purchased on-site at any ticket booth during the event.

Do you have a lost and found?
